Dear Friends,
In the Holy Bible, the book of Galatians, chapter 6, verse 2, tells us, "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." The most effective way for us to help carry each other's burdens is by praying for one another.
Hence, prayer is not a choice but a must for everyone. If we do not pray, then heaven will not be able to intervene in the concerns of mankind. Praying for those around us resembles God's own nature, which is one of unconditional compassion and mercy for others. God wants us to think like He does, and praying for others encourages us to think beyond ourselves and grow in compassion for others.
